Pineapple Casserole
Sweet and savory, this sounds a little strange, but it tastes amazing alongside a baked ham at a family feast. Go ahead. Give it a try.
Ingredients
1 can 20 oz pineapple chunks, drained, keep juice
1/2 cup sugar
3 tbs flour
1 cup shredded cheese
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup Ritz cracker crumb
Directions
Drain pineapple, reserving 3 tsp juice.
Combine sugar, flour. Stir together before adding liquid.
Add cheese, pineapple. Mix well.
Put into a 1 at casserole.
Combine crackers and butter.
Sprinkle over mixture.
Bake 350 degrees for 20-30 min
