Grated Sweet Potato Casserole definitely a family favorite at Christmas and Thanksgiving. More like a desert than a vegetable.
Hash Brown Potato Casserole hmm. a pound of Velveeta cheese. A friend of Evelyn's gave her this recipe. A pound of cheese. I'm sure in the 70s this was a common recipe. Recipe from Fannie Reno.
Evelyn's Lasagne Grandmother Brooks first had lasagne at a Myrtle Beach restaurant called The Library sometime in the 19702. She was amazed that it was served alongside a steak and thought it was so good that she went looking for a recipe.
