Fudge frosting
3 cups sifted confectioners sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup milk
3 tbs margarine
2 squares semi sweet chocolate
Melt butter and chocolate in double boiler or microwave.
Mix sugar and milk, vanilla and salt.
Blend chocolate and sugar mixture.
Beat until smooth until it begins to lose gloss.
If too thick, add a few drops of milk.
If too thin, add small amount of sugar until it reaches the consistency you need.
This is more like fudge candy than frosting.
