Sausage Balls

 1 lb. hot sausage

10 oz stick extra sharp cheddar

3.5 cups biscuit mix

dash worcestershire sauce

Allow sausage to reach room temperature. Grate cheese, work sausage and cheese together. Add biscuit mix. Blend all ingredients and form into small balls. Freeze and bake as needed. For large receptions, quantity can be pre-cooked, then warmed at serving. Makes approximately 100 sausage balls. NEVER FAIL RECIPE!
