Breakfast Casserole


7 slices white bread

8 oz shredded cheddar cheese

6 eggs

3 cups milk

1/2 tsp salt

14 tsp pepper

3 strips bacon cut in half


Trim crust from bread.

Crumble the bread.

Mix bread and cheese and spread in the bottom of a greased 7.5 inch x 12 inch dish.


Beat eggs and milk together. 

Stir in salt and pepper.

Pour over bread and cheese.

Lay bacon on top.

Refrigerate overnight.


Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 min.

Serve right out of oven.
