Cheese Ball

 4 (3oz) packages cream cheese

5oz sharp cheese (NY state)

4 oz blue cheese

6 oz mild cheese or Velveeta

1 tsp onion or worcestershire (I use worcestershire--Evelyn)


Soften cheeses and form one large or small balls. Roll in broken nuts. Serve with crackers.
